Community Café to ID needs of parents

• KINGSPORT — A Community Café to identify the needs of parents and/or guardians of children will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, April 18, in the Douglass Room of the V.O. Dobbins Sr. Community Center, 301 Louis St., Kingsport. The café, which is free and open to the public, encourages participants to identify and propose solutions to common needs in the community through interactive conversations. The event is presented by the Kingsport Community Advisory Board in conjunction with Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency Head Start. Dinner will be provided, and child care is available.
