• The Kingsport Parks and Recreation Department and New Vision Youth and Community Friends present Trunk or Treat, a safe way to trick or treat, Wednesday, Oct. 31 at 6 p.m. in the V.O. Dobbins Community Center parking lot, 301 Louis St. Members of the community are invited to bring their cars and participate.
