It was a wonderful ceremony, honoring our own Blake Leeper at the Kingsport Boys and Girls Club recently. Blake, former D-B athletic star and Paralympian, was the guest speaker at the club's annual fellowship event.And thanks to Blake's father Billy Leeper, we have the pictures to prove what a good time folks had!
