Black History program slated Feb. 20

• New Vision Youth and the Kingsport Parks and Recreation Community Service division will present the 8th Annual Black History Program Feb. 20 at the V.O. Dobbins Sr. Complex gymnasium. The program will begin at 4 p.m. New Vision youth will be honoring soldiers and veterans. Sullivan North High School's ROTC will make a flag presentation.
