Rain could not wash away the spirit of the Full Gospel Mission Church's annual picnic.
This year, it was held at the Eastman Cabins at the foot of Bays Mountain.
At times, it rained steady, but then stopped almost as quickly as it started, leaving church members free to have games for the kids, bingo for the adults, and good fellowship for everybody.
