Judy Douglas, Kingsport Housing Authority Title 5 program assistant, hands out backpacks containing school supplies to school-age residents of Holly Hill Apartments on Wednesday. The Northeast Church of Christ donated the backpacks and supplies that were distributed. The church also gave backpacks and supplies to schoolchildren in Lee, Riverview and Dogwood Terrace Apartments.
