The Chattanooga Times-Free Press did not caption everybody in this picture from the recent Bessie Smith Heritage Festival, held at the museum in downtown Chattanooga the weekend of August 20th.
If you look closely at the person at the right in the above picture with the flowery shirt, it is none other than our own Douglass Sons & Daughters Alumni President Virginia (Jenny) Hankins of Kingsport, strolling along, sampling the music, food, sun and fun of the festival.
