KINGSPORT — A Halloween “Boo” Party will be held Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the V.O. Dobbins Jr. Complex field, 301 Louis St., Kingsport. Activities will include costume and “hollering” contests, face painting, balloon sculpting, and an appearance of Mud Bone and His Bones. There will be a trunk or treat and goodie bags for all youth. The event is being sponsored by Kingsport’s Parks and Recreation Community Services, South Central Kingsport, the Weed and Seed program and New Vision Youth.
